    2014 was a good year for exiting home sales in  Windsor with 484 total sales which is up 52 sales, or 12% from 2013.  Homes for sale under $300,000 are the fastest moving segment in Windsor with very low days on market.  Sales of homes under $500,000 did quite well in 2014 as well.
