Jim Bowman, Windsor Real Estate Specialist
Jim Bowman fell in love with Northern Colorado as soon as he moved to the Windsor and Fort Collins area in 1981.
He has worn a lot of different hats since then, working as the director of operations for Advanced Energy in Fort Collins, VP of operations for CBW Automation and owner and operator of Jackson’s Sports Bar and Grill in Fort Collins. Jim is currently serving on the board of directors for the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.
But after all those careers, Jim was drawn to real estate. He started out as an investor, but saw a need after the real estate market collapsed for real estate professionals who understood short sales. He decided to help people who were upside down in their mortgages sell their houses. His expertise in short sales and dedication to helping people who felt trapped made him an extremely popular broker.
Jim has closed more than 120 real estate transactions over the last three years and was named the Resident Realty top producer in Windsor and Denver in 2012.
Now that real estate values are on the rise and families don’t have to negotiate short sales with their banks in order to move, Jim is concentrating on the market he knows best – Windsor and Fort Collins. He’s been helping families buy and sell in this area for years and has watched it grow and evolve over his 32 years in the community.
His knowledge of the area and Colorado’s residential real estate market make him a good man to have on your team whether you’re buying or selling.
